On 6/26/17 departed bus in downtown las vegas headed to onatario, calif. The smell was so bad literally made you nauseated , the odor was so strong literally smelled like a homeless camp, a 3 hour trip felt like 8 hrs , and no wonder bolt bus is owned by grey hound....

5/20 9AM BOLT from PHILA to NYC. Overwhelming stench of urine from the toilet. Happened on another recent bus. I use BOLT a lot, but will switch to the MEGAbus now.

Took a round trip from D.C. To NYC and back. On both buses the outlets didn't work and the wifi didn't work. What's the point of using this company without that. You can't advertise amenities that you don't actually have.
