Horrible customer service! Everyone tells you different things! I can never get a straight answer, and i get stressed everytime i talk with them. I take them regularly, and is just so frustrating to me! Dont have extra money, for another option!

Bolt bus use to be the best alternative to Greyhound, but over the last few years the coon drivers are listless, rude and don't provide the basics such as working outlets/Internet. I am better of driving!

Date: june 01 2016 Trip: boston to new york 1:30 pm departure Bus# 0823 Time of incident:~3:50 pm at half way food stop. The bus driver physically threatened me, insulted my intelligence, and also threatened to call the cops. He also appeared very agitated when I started opening the side compartment so I could get too my bag. It was as though he was hiding something in there that he did not want me to see. Read more

My family and i got to the station in the rain, we were kept in the rain while the driver was in the bus eating. All her passengers in the rain kids included, we eventually got going after putting our bags in the bag compartment. DRIVING YESTERDAY ON ROUTE 38 IN MT. LAUREL, NJ, BUS # 0907 LICENSE PLATE K04-0298 (TEXAS), BUS COMPLETELY CUT ME OFF AND THEN PROCEEDED TO DELIBERATELY JAM ON HIS BRAKES WHEN I WAS BEHIND HIM. Don't use them. Not only are their busses almost never on time, they have the most punishing rebooking/cancellation policy. You're charged an additional $4.75 for each rebooking and if the bus you change to is more $ than the original, you pay the extra. Fair enough, I understand that. BUT, if it's less than what you paid, they DON'T pay you back the difference AND you still get charged the $4.75 rebooking fee. By comparison, Best Bus lets you... Read more

Greetings, I called about two weeks ago from today February 23rd and no dates were available for the time I wanted to change my ticket to, so the customer service rep suggested I change it to the last date available which at the time was March 2nd to avoid losing money for my tickets. She told me the charges for the change at that time was $1.50 and informed me since the dates I was requesting were not available to check in the next week or so... Read more

I just recently change my schedule and paid the charges according to their policy however the customer service representative didn't pay attention to my details and it took me more than 4 hrs before they resolve the issue, Customer service needs a major training
